We are happy to discuss the possibilities of your property and provide a completely free assessment. We are happy to evaluate your property as is and discuss what it may take to be a part of Stay Propr's curated list of homes.
At bare minimum we provide detailed monthly statements of your properties performance. We also believe you should have access when you want so we at Stay Propr also provide an online portal to our property owners so that they can keep tabs on their portfolio on their own watch.Â
Absolutely, I mean it is your house right. All we ask is you honor any guests current reservations and block out your trip through the owner portal or with a Stay Propr team member so that we can confirm the dates are held for you.
Key word in that question is "Currently". Stay Propr is a relatively newer vacation rental property management company, so as of right now we are just serving Utah as a whole with Southern Utah being heavier focused. However, with our founders in depth business experience and success, we will be expanding rather quickly and strategically all while making sure every home added is carefully chosen and Proprly managed, so feel free to still submit your home if its outside of Utah for review.
We have a 24 hours a day and 7 days a week team on stand by for any needs that may arise. We also have in house maintenance team and managers that work directly and solely for Stay Propr
Well to be honest our goal is to basically be free or a wash by our performance in improving your bookings, daily rates, added time value and so on, however, we do charge a flat 25% fee across the board for our Full Service Property Management.
