The home has great potential. Construction blocked driveway daily and unable to park. 7:00 wake up. Photos state a queen bed in one room but was a futon twin size. Linens and cleaning were below standard of a beautiful home of this size. Noise from freeway and planes but we adjusted.

Very beautiful, stylishly furnished house. Great view. Check-in went smoothly. Excellent floor plan. It matched the photos exactly. However, there are two points that could be improved: the kitchen was not functional (many things were broken, there was hardly any dishware, more suited for bachelors ;-)) and cleanliness was insufficient: we had stains on the towels, there was an open pomegranate on the terrace, and many other small things. Therefore, 4 out of 5 stars.

Nice property and we had an enjoyable time.
Positive: Nice property. Good location. Able to accommodate many people well.
Negative: Had some water problems that we found out about only after getting access to the house.
Property manager was very responsive when I called and they were able to get a plumber out to fix the initial issue within three hours of check in. We had water which was the concern. Property manager had mentioned comping us a dinner for the inconvenience but when I followed up on his offer through text the next day, we never heard back. One other minor issue I’d like to share. Although there are three trash cans out side the property, all three were completely filled when we checked in and there were boxes on top of all the trash cans, making it impossible to fit additional trash in anywhere during our stay or during check out.That is easily remedied I would think with proper oversight prior to a new guest checking in. -
I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful place and the exceptional host. I was in town for a convention where our company was exhibiting at the San Diego Convention Center. Five of us stayed at the home. After explaining our plans, the host made an exception to allow us to host a dinner party while we were there. It’s such a luxurious, upscale home, the house reflected very favorably on our company at the party, and all five of us were very comfortable living there all week. The home has a beautiful view of the ocean off the balcony. The furniture and fixtures are upscale and modern. The location is perfect, just a 9-minute drive to the convention center and very close to Little Italy and the Gaslamp Quarter. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit San Diego if it is available.
