Great house, comfortable, w lovely surroundings. Would have liked more seating in common area and coffee table. Kitchen well stocked, with all the necessities for cooking. Would have appreciated more towels. We had a great time staying here and it was perfect for 9 adults visiting Utah parks.

Nice house in a beautiful location overlooking a meadow, great for relaxing or visiting nearby parks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. A few things to note when renting this property. The “twin” beds in the two big open rooms are definitely meant for smaller children. Don’t expect to fit taller teens or young adults comfortably in these beds. Also we had a large group and there is no dishwasher so we hand washed a lot of dishes. Not a deal breaker but I missed this detail in the listing. Also, supplies for washing dishes or keeping the kitchen clean in general were sparse (watered down dish soap, few dishrags/towels, no cleaners etc.) so plan accordingly. The shampoo/condtnr provided are cheap quality in hotel sized bottles so I suggest bringing your own. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch but the gas fire table was not working. Also, the interior doors are very loud and squeaky. Overall, I’d give this property a 4 with a potential for 5 with a little more care put into the details.
